Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

As we don't ship products ourselves, we can't be held responsible in case of delay or damages. We can't offer any replacements or returns in case you didn't receive your order either. But we can still help you figure it out what happened or what solution is the best for you. We can assist you if you are having any troubles reaching the seller or find a proper answer. If you decide to place an order, make sure to get these information first:

  • a proof of shipping (pictures of your order + picture of parcel)

  • a tracking number and an EDD (estimated delivery date)

  • contact information of the seller

If anything goes wrong, we can put the payment on hold and try to find out the issue for you. The seller gets paid only when an order is delivered to its final destination.

Return & Exchange Policy

Inspect your order upon reception and if there are any damages or issues with your order, please contact the shopper (or seller) immediately. If you receive the wrong item, take pictures and send them to us. We will evaluate the issue and help you find a solution.

Non-perishable foods can't be returned or sent back to the seller for safety reasons.

Refund Policy

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days, you’re eligible for a refund, excluding our non-refundable commission and shipping costs. The refund will be provided as a coupon, valid for one year, allowing you to use it toward future orders on FOODORELLA.
